Covid Level 2 – What you need to know as a patient at our office

During Level 2 we are following Ministry of Health guidance to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. To do this we need your help with the following:
1. Please let our staff know if you are unwell
2. We will ask you to call us from your car when you arrive. We are trying to reduce the number of people in the waiting room and we may ask you to wait in your car until we are ready to see you
3. You may bring a support person.
4. You and your support person will need to sign our registration book
5. We will use masks and gloves as appropriate. You may wear a mask if you wish, but it is not routinely expected.
