Covid Level 4 Response at NZIPCS

We are open for a small number of patients who have had operations and need dressings or for patients referred by another doctor for an urgent problem that cannot wait more than a few weeks.

We are operating on a reduced staffing number on site and for reduced hours but our staff are answering emails working remotely. Please feel free to email us and we will answer your email promptly.

During Level 4 or 3, if you do need to come into the practice, we will be following safe infection control processes. We would ask of you that:
1. Call in to let us know you have arrived in the carpark
2. Please come in alone and we will try to keep the waiting room empty
3. Wear a mask and sign in on the Covid app.
4. Let us know if you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms
